That's quite a post... okay let's sta...Wow! That's quite a post... okay let's start at the beginning...<br /><br />Major props to your Mom for her half marathon!!!! Woowee!!! My Mom did a half last year and it was and is a very big accomplishment. I wonder if you're not an inspiration to her...?<br /><br />The quilt is amazing. So wonderful to have a piece of the family history, and so very pretty. It looks kind of 30's by the pattern and fabrics?<br /><br />I am so jealous, not that you have a loom, but that you have it set up! I have a loom and no room to set it up so I will now have to live vicariopusly through your weaving.<br />How many pedals do you have and what lifts what? My experience with twill has been on 4 harness/6 pedal looms; Pedals 1 and 6 lift for plain weave and to do twill you lift 2 and 4 together, then 3 and 5.<br /><br />And is that your cat under the covers? I had two cats who did that... sometimes they like the enclosing. I always kind of liked it when they did...
